Since 2007, Family Has Been the Whole Point

Raouche Cafe opened in 2007 with one promise: authentic Lebanese cooking at honest prices, and a welcome warm enough that strangers leave feeling like regulars. It has been family owned and family run every day since. Nearly two decades later, the recipes haven't been simplified and the shortcuts still haven't crept in. The same family is behind the counter, cutting vegetables in the morning and rolling grape leaves by hand, because that's the only way any of it works.

No shortcuts, ever

Vegetables cut fresh every morning, halal meat that's never frozen, spices imported straight from Lebanon, and sweets flown in from Al-Bohsali Oriental Sweets in Beirut.

Mom's daily specials

Six days a week we rotate the dishes you'd find on a Lebanese family table — mulukhiyah, stuffed vegetables, lamb shank, fasolia. It's home cooking rather than menu cooking, and it's why regulars call ahead to ask what's on today.

Hospitality you can feel

Our staff has been known to turn down tips. Not as a policy — that's just who they are. You get seated right away and treated like someone was expecting you.
